IBM LDAP Client 6.0 Installation for Siebel on Linux - Part 1

Environment Summary:
OS - Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.4 (64 bit)
Siebel - 8.2.2.0.0
Software - IBM LDAP Client 6.0
Install mode - console

The IBM LDAP Client 6.0 is used by the Siebel CRM application to act as a Client between the Siebel application and the LDAP server. Though it is a very straightforward and simple process of installing the software, I was not able to locate the complete installation process while searching over the internet. So here it is for everyone's reference:

The IBM LDAP Client software comes bundled with the Siebel software and can be selected as one of the components while creating the Siebel installable files using the Siebel Image Creator.

Once the installer is extracted, you would probably see the software being extracted to a directory similar to
<SiebelImageLocation>/8.2.2.0/Linux/Server_Ancillary/IBM_LDAP_6.0_Client/enu

Within the ENU folder there will be two TAR files, extract the file 'itds60-client-lin-ia32-ismp.tar' to the same location using the command:
tar -xvf itds60-client-lin-ia32-ismp.tar

Now you will see a folder created by the name 'itdsV60ismpClient', navigate into it and let's get started with the install.

Navigate to the IBM LDAP Client installer directory and issue the command mentioned below to start the installer in the console mode.
